Is your Cheat Day Epic?!

The Rock shows us how a "legendary cheat meals" are done.

  • Fries
  • Cupcakes
  • Doughnuts

I used to have a cheat day that was nearly 5,000 - 10,000 calories. Jason's cheat meals were soo "epic" he would have to lay down between meals. Cheat meals ended up consuming my entire day because I needed to balance the Monday-Friday "strict and clean" eating regime. That's balance right?

But does this sound healthy or even logical?
