The Strengthlete Story
“I did it wrong my entire life. I dieted, deprived, and restricted. I was the one always left holding the bag. I operated under hundreds of false misconceptions. I complicated the very simple process over and over again. I had a very complex relationship with food that started from when I was child and this relationship with food was single handily prohibiting me from losing weight in any type of a meaningful way. The solution wasn’t another diet, the solution was that I needed to change my behavior and attitude and that’s what I am here to teach you.
I lost 40 pounds in 9 months eating pizza, hamburgers, french fries, chips, doughnuts, and cookies. Oh yea, and I still drank Jameson too! No diets, no bad romance dramas. Just real weight loss and all the cliché stuff people talk about with it changing their lives. I became more confident, enjoyed my life again after 5 years of depression, went out on more dates, had more sex, and made better and more meaningful relationships. I haven’t looked back since! This is why I started Strengthlete and this is what I want for you too! ”
I came back from Colorado and decided to call my friend and nutrition expert, Jason Ackerman.
We want to give people the freedom and strength to live in a world where they are not controlled by food. We want to empower our community to achieve peace of mind with eating ensuring that dieting ends here and now, for life. It is our mission at Strengthlete to end yo-yo dieting and to put a stop to the cycle of restriction and abundance. We want to end work-week syndrome and to end the compulsion of calorie counting and the scale. We recognize one point over our competitors – we are here to guide and coach people – not robots and we lead by example, guide with compassion, teach with clarity and listen without judgement in an honest environment that holds the needs of our clients at the very center.

We envision a world in which dieting no longer exists, where our clients are no longer confused, scared or frustrated by food but are able to enjoy the experience of eating without anxiety. We want our clients to experience the social and nutritional power of food and to experience the power of true self-confidence and a healthy body image.
