Like a good Jersey family, we start with a big warm welcome to our Strengthlete family and take some time to understanding who you are.

In this family, we want to know how we can do everything in our power to support you through your journey.  We do this by learning all about your current lifestyle, schedule, your stress level, habits and support system.

Where are you going and how do we get there together?

Once we get to know each other a little better we can start planning your transformation. Your personal and certified coach will work with you to establish exactly what you want to achieve, whether that be feeling and looking better in, or out 😉 of your clothes, feeling more confident, or transforming into the healthiest version of yourself. Our coaches are Precision Nutrition certified, which means we have the expert skills and knowledge to help you through any issues that you are facing safely and efficiently.

Developing your personal transformation blueprint!

This is the really fun part.  After understanding exactly who you are and how you want to feel, we create a personal blueprint to get you there. This is where we teach you exactly what you need to do to reach your goals and change your life in ways you can’t even imagine yet.

Long lasting change isn’t immediate and building good eating habits does take time, but we do want to make sure we get you to your goals as quickly as possible and that’s why we review your progress regularly during our catch up calls and re-assess monthly to make sure you’re on the right track and that we are providing you with the best possible food coaching experience.
